  WARNING! They crew of young men that were assigned to my move were friendly and nice but definitely not professional. They basically could care less about the QUALITY of my belongings. Several boxes were stacked on their side - including those that were clearly marked as FRAGILE. One box of toiletries was brought into my brand new house that was crushed from being on its side, with liquid spilling out of it. Turns out the baby oil bottle was crushed but they continued to carry it into my house, over my brand new pavers! They also did not properly cover/wrap my formal dining room table and scratched it with the boxes that were stacked on top of it during transit. I reached out to the owner, Lacy, and she could care even less!! Her response was "file a Homeowners claim". She has yet to reply to my follow up email with the pics that I sent.

  I used POG based on reviews and I couldn't be happier! From the start, Lacy in the office was WONDERFUL! Great customer service and friendly, professional assistance from Lacy set the tone. Then Matt and Elijah arrived! There aren't enough accolades for these men! They handled our move as though it was their own. Antiques, a grandfather clock and many many FRAGILE boxes were treated like gold. I will DEFINITELY use them again. Thank you POG!

  If I could give them 10 stars, I would gladly do so. These folks had to come and sort out a botched job after my previous movers left me hanging. These guys could have just shown up, unloaded and left. (Which is what they were hired to do.) Instead, they called in a few more workers and got it done in record time. During the unload, they saw that I was going to have to make trips back and forth from storage to my APT in my own car, they decided to bring my extra boxes (about 25) to my place and unload them for me. They then took care of my u haul so I wouldn’t have to drive it. I didn’t ask them to do anything extra, they simply saw I needed help and stepped in. I’m a healthcare provider and have had to make several moves. No company has come close to the quality of work they did. They were respectful, courteous cautious with my things and kind. I’ll be a regular customer for life!
