From start to finish the service teams were amazing. Abbey scheduled , planned and responded to every question and need as we underwent our move from California to New Mexico. The driver, Joe, his loaders and unloaders were excellent and moved all our items with care and courtesy. The team went above and beyond to make sure appliances, furniture and all belongings were placed in appropriate rooms and functioning properly. I would recommend this company highly and without reservations

We used Pool’s in 2015 for a cross country move & it was a GREAT experience! When my dad passed away in February & I needed to move some of his belongings cross country, it was a given that I would go back to Pool’s. This “move” was a little different as I wasn’t there & it just wasn’t a typical move. I was also moving a motorcycle. Abby did a phenomenal job communicating everything with me & she was always so kind especially when dealing with me in such a delicate state. She answered all my questions & well she was just great! I’ve used them twice & I would use them time & time again !!! Thank you, Abby & Pool’s Moving !!!

Talked to Abby Cade. She was very responsive and professional. Detailed when giving me a quote too. While I ended up not picking any professional mover (decided to sell my stuff and UPS/check in luggage essentials, it was overall a very good experience.
