  I used a broker to book my cross country move so I ended up dealing with multiple movers along the way. Precise moving was the only pleasurable part of the experience. The driver was communicative, the guys moving us in were friendly and put everything where we asked, and they brought a good size team to get everything in our house quickly (4 guys and the driver). Definitely appreciative of the one smooth part of the process.

  Cannot recommend. Arrived hours late. Would not have shown up if I had not called an hour after they were scheduled to start. When I initially scheduled and made payment in advance, I asked for confirmation that the movers would have furniture and appliance dollies, as is posted on their online service description. I was told that was accurate. When the movers finally arrived, they did not have either furniture or appliance movers, and it was apparent that they had just been assigned the work an hour or so beforehand when I had called for an ETA after the no show. We had a 1,000 square foot, 2 bedroom apartment to load and unload at a house 10 minutes away. We used a 26 foot U-haul truck for the move and only filled it 75% full (packed haphazardly). One of the two small, young men had only been on the job for a few days, and he could not load the larger appliances and furniture. I had to move those items together with the other young man to get them loaded and unloaded. We paid $75 an hour, plus fees. And because of the lack of tools, experience and muscle, the job took 8 hours. I called the company while the job was still ongoing, and was given a 1.5 hour discount (then charged twice for a one-time "travel fee"). I've moved numerous times in the past when I was on active duty in the Marine Corps, and had three times as much stuff loaded in half the time. What a stressful, expensive nightmare. Packing and moving your whole life is hard enough without enduring an experience such as this one. 1 star service, plus 1 reluctant star for the small discount.

  Great customer service and the movers were professional and friendly. They packed quickly and didn't break anything.
