  Edit 2: 07/28/2021 : As of this date my goods are still held hostage by this moving company. It’s a legally registered company that does steal goods from its customers and never return it to them. BEWARE of these kind of fraud businesses. The FMSCA or BBB is of no use. The complaints are not even considered. All seems to be are hand in glove in these frauds. There is no regulatory board to nab these frauds. Your hard earned legal money and goods will be stolen from you in a legal licensed way. ——- Edit 1 : 03/15/2021 : As of this date my goods are still with this company and they never respond to calls and emails and don’t plan to deliver my goods. This company is a fraud and takes your money and goods. —— After almost a month long wait, less than half of my items were delivered by Quality Moving Experts through “Premier Chicago Movers”. Out of 497 cu.ft shipment picked up at origin, around 300 cu.ft of items were not delivered. I don’t recommend this movers or the broker who sent this company(Quality Moving Experts). As of 02/18/2021 my items are still missing which was handed over to this moving company on 12/11/2020. Company stopped replying or responding to calls or messages or emails.

  Do not hire this company. They were hired for me through Alliance, which was a third party to organize my move across the country. They arrived almost two weeks after the date they originally promised. They broke almost $2,000 worth of my items, including a $1,500 headboard/ bed frame, a chair, and my 20 gal. glass terrarium. Also was missing a TV stand. When I tried to contact them regarding this claim, I was assured that someone would be emailing me, with no one ever reaching out. Ive since left numerous voicemails, now every time I try to call it either goes to voicemail or it just stops ringing, almost like they blocked my number or something. They have no email listed so I am at a loss getting ahold of them. Completely unprofessional and frustrating. Moving, especially across the country, is stressful enough. Do not hire this company unless you are prepared to deal with your things being damaged beyond repair and/or not showing up at all, from a company who clearly does not care about its customers.

  We used Chicago Movers for a move from Illinois to California, because they quoted us the best price compared to other moving companies. This should actually be a red flag for future customers as they doubled the price of the quote once they had all of our belongings loaded in the truck. They asked how much furniture we had, and once we told them, they recommended how much square footage it would be. It was in fact half of what our belongings actually took up on the truck. They arrived a day earlier than we were told they would arrive so we had to scramble to make it work. They were unwilling to reschedule. When the driver arrived to our home, he drove through the wet yard after being specifically instructed to not do that. The truck ended up stuck in the yard, and had to be hauled out by a tow truck. We are still dealing with the damage to the yard from the large ruts. Chicago Movers, nor their driver, will admit responsibility to that one. Our belongings were moved from Southern Illinois to Chicago where they are being held hostage even though they were paid in full at the time of pick up. We still have no date as to when our things will be delivered because “It’s hard to get a drive to the Northwest.” I wished that would have been brought to our attention before they agreed per contract to move our things there. We cannot get anyone from sales or from the production side to return any calls or emails. I gave 1 Star because I cannot give 0 stars. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! UPDATE: Immediately after posting this review, I was contacted by someone from the moving company. They did deliver our things with thin the next couple of weeks. However, multiple items were missing. We had to wait additional weeks for them to locate the missing items and ship them. Some items were never recovered.
