  Prestige Moving came highly recommended by a tenant in our office building three years ago. We hired them to move our office from one building to another. The new space is on the second floor with no elevator. I was very impressed by how easy they made it look. It was a big move with some very large pieces of furniture and everything went incredibly smoothly. I recently had Prestige come to my home to move several heavy items a short distance. And once again I was very pleased with their professionalism, courtesy and the care they took with the move. I highly recommend Prestige Moving.

  I hired them to load and unload my moving truck and agreed upon a time. They showed up 5 1/2 hours late. When they finished they had the nerve to charge me for being there 20 minutes past the 2 hours. I was shocked because they were so late in starting. When it was time to pay them they ran my card and the reader wasn’t working (so he said) and they ran it a couple times. He assured me it only charged me once. WRONG. A few days later I noticed I was charged twice. I attempted several times via text and phone calls to ask them to refund the amount they overcharged me. They would not answer the phone or any text messages. I had to cancel my card and ask my bank to reverse the amount. It took several weeks and $30 in faxes to my bank but I finally received the reversal. They damaged many pieces of my furniture as well. Whatever you do, DO NOT hire these guys to move you. They are scammers.

  Very professional, polite, and careful moving company. Recommended to neighbor who used and also moved daughter. These guys hustle!!!! Great rates and super helpful.
