  I would not recommend Prime Moving and Storage to anyone. On my move on August 2021, they did a NO-SHOW for pickup and even lied about it. They sold my job after pick-up to a random company who in turn did not assemble any of my furniture and attempted to charge for things already included in the contract. They damaged multiple pieces of furniture. Their contract is purposely vague when failing to specify Shuttle Service fees, allowing them to pick any $ amount after they have already picked up your things. Overall it was a terrible experience, specially when you believe you did your due diligence, hired a company, and on delivery you have to deal with people who do not even work for the company you hired! These contractors, needless to say, were not at all interested in doing a good job. Here is a copy of my complaint with the DOT: No-show after initial confirmation of pickup for 8-21-21 between 4-7. Company did not respond initially to calls or text and finally texted back saying they got held up in a DOT inspection and would be unable to pick up as confirmed the day prior(8-20-21). The driver who picked up on 8-23-21 told me the No-show was due to the truck getting filled up on a prior job. Company representative, Corey, assured me they were NOT a broker, and they would be doing the move themselves. This is also specified in their contract. They ended up selling my job to a random company they claim is a "sister" company. The drivers in this company attempted to upcharge for things included in the contract, specifically the first flight of stairs, saying only 7-8 steps are included. They also did not assemble ANY furniture after delivery, claiming it was not their job. When I informed the original company of this, they said that since my job required shuttle service, assembling would no longer be included. This is clearly blatant breach of contract. Shuttle fees were not specified in the contract, allowing them to make up any $ amount after they have picked up. Multiple furniture pieces were damaged in the move.

  Thank you prime movers, you made my life easy. I've moved for the 4th time this year, I like shifting, a little change in neighbourhood always brings out the best in me. I’m sure now it wont be as hard as it was for the first 2 times. I took prime mover company’s service for the second time and completely satisfied this time too. I feel I've found the best partner for all my future shifting. Lets hope they continue giving economical pricing for a long time, because they surely do not compromise on quality of service.   With the help of the Prime Movers team of professionals, it was really like a piece of cake to shift all my stuff without any damage to my new apartment. The team was highly trained and packed all the delicate stuff with bubble wraps, cardboard, thermocol, wrappers, cushions, and polythene to protect the items from any damage. They loaded the entire luggage in the truck and delivered them safely within very less time. It is the most trusted agency with the best team to provide damage-free service to the clients within very less time. Really thankful to the entire team!
