Been using Prime Storage Facility for 3+ years and have multiple units. Have had as many as four units simultaneously, experiencing both climate-controlled and outdoor units. Fortunately able to consolidate into 2 units to save some money. The location is excellent for me and I use it almost daily. Facility is very popular--makes me feel security is about as good as it can get because of how busy it is. Staff has always helped me whenever I need.

I clicked 5 stars, but didn't really write anything at the time. I know, storage is storage usually; but I wanted to elaborate on why I took the time to give those 5 stars. This is the cleanest storage facility I've ever used and the service is great. Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful. Definitely glad I chose this place to keep my small business gear and materials at. The location is super convenient to Home Depot which is a personal plus for me.

We were in town recently shopping for a storage unit for my grandmother's furniture.. We stumbled across Prime storage and were very pleased. We were greeted my a young man named Philip who was very helpful with all my questions and just delightful to speak with. I loved to location and the friendliness of the staff. Great impression!! We will definitely keep this place in mind for the future!
