  I had an excellent experience with Primetime! They certainly helped me get out of a bind on short notice. They were quick and efficient. Matt was extremely responsive and was there every step of the way. Very competitive prices as well. 10/10 would recommend. They are no longer at this 1691 North Shelby Oaks address though.

  Jumped price over 100% and wanted cash before loading. Late arriving at destination. First of 3 loads on the truck and first to unload. Had to take everything out of the little side door. Many items damaged. Sent pics and a notorized paper they requested. Only offered me less than 200.00. Been over a year and still nothing. WORST company ever!!!!

  I hired this moving company on short notice, I needed someone fast and they were available. The day of moving I had hired 3 men and they all did show with a 4th extra man for a couple of hours at the beginning of the day. Things were going well until they got down to the final big pieces of furniture and appliances to go onto the truck. They basically tetris my belongings onto this moving truck, and it took them an hour to figure out how to get the last pieces of furniture onto the truck. Once they finally managed they went to the new location after stopping for a convenient store run on the way. Unloading the truck was much faster of course. After settling in and unpacking things I started to noticed lots of things got damaged. For example the door they were coming in and out of has a giant scratch on it, my newly purchased washer and dryer have scratches and dents in them, a shelving unit was bent, they put an open box that obviously had food items in it in the garage on top of a shelving unit where it was't discovered until a week later. I paid almost $1000 for there service. For that price I should have zero damages to anything. I sent an email to the company stating my concerns, never got a response back. I went to there website and also stated my complaint again got no response. I am very dissatisfied with this company and will not recommend them to anyone.
