A fine driver of your almost killed me and two other vehicles from several rapid lane changes. He then proceeded to pass a FedEx truck on the shoulder of I90 during rush hour. I called the police and they were notified of the reckless driving as well as several other vehicles recording this behavior. I can’t beleive you would allow a person with these driving habits to represent your company.

Had you told me because your driver ran over something in the road he wasn't responsible for my windshield I could understand that. However you chose to tell me I couldn't prove that your Company was responsible, how would you know if I was lying about it you weren't going to do anything about it. At that point I was upset and was more than rude. For that I owe an apology. Being called a liar doesn't sit well with me.
