  We were very happy with our moving experience using Pro Packers. They were polite and professional and treated our belongings well. They did an excellent job of making everything fit well and safely into the truck! Charles and JT were an excellent team. They were patient and helpful even though our job took longer than originally expected and we had lots of stairs. Good rates too. I am so glad we found them! Thank you again for helping to make our move a smooth one, it was greatly appreciated.

  These guys were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole move! I'm used to having to lend a hand with taskrabbit help, but these guys were so fast that I basically just stepped aside and stayed out of their way. They did a 1000 square foot 16th floor loft with couches and beds in about an hour, then immediately unloaded into a 10x15 storage unit in about 40 minutes flat, with all of the usual complications to slow a crew down. No damage to any of my stuff, great price, half an hour under budgeted time, and they were great conversation the whole time too. I'm moving stuff out of the storage unit in a few months, and there's zero chance that I'll hire anyone other than them. They are the best in the business.

  So unprofessional. We were assigned this company via U-Haul and the moving time was changed four times. The first time, we booked it for 8a on Saturday. The day before, they moved it to 1p. 1p rolls around and no one is here. We tried calling over and over and when we finally got through they told us 4p. When 4p came there was nothing. We called and called and again they rescheduled until 8a the next day. The next day comes and no one will answer the phones. When I finally got contact with someone at 1p they were extremely rude and abrasive for me leaving a review saying that they took our money (which is what I believed happened, $500 was deducted from our account for ProPackers). We were ghosted for five hours and had to scramble to find new movers. This was the worst experience with a moving company that I have ever had and I do not recommend them to anyone. I understand that rough times happen, however when you run a business it is imperative that you communicate with your clientele.
