  I just had an upright piano moved today. The movers were fantastic! Not only was the piano moved with great care but the business aspect was extremely transparent. After having a horrific move of my home furnishings where the price was doubled on pickup, it was refreshing to deal with Pro Piano Movers who were extremely transparent on price. You are not going to get a surprise bill with these movers. The movers were friendly and courteous which was also a much needed experience after my last move. They will ask you to take pictures of the area where the piano will be moved through and to count your stairs but this is all necessary to ensure an accurate price quote. I only wish that they did residential moves. I highly recommend this company!

  Moved a new to me piano from a storage unit to a 3rd floor apartment up three flights of stairs! Not new to piano moving - I found their estimate to be reasonable and right in the ballpark of what I was expecting to pay. They were consistently responsive from my search for a mover to the actual delivery. On time exactly as they estimated on both ends. Picked up at my friend's storage unit. There was an issue with the elevator and she was impressed that they maintained professionalism and a pleasant attitude throughout. I was equally impressed on my end as they knew what they we're doing, were professional and pleasant, and were in and out in no time. There was a caster missing which they happily replaced with a spare they had on hand. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use their services again when needed.

  The two gentlemen who moved our piano were extremely professional and courteous. They called when 5 minutes away, protected the piano and the house, and communicated with each other and us throughout the process. It was amazing to watch and hear. Highly recommend them.
