We cannot recommend this company. The majority of our items were rendered useless by their removal method. After weeks of vague promises to make it right, we received about half the missing parts .. and they even forced us to pay extra shipping. [And their response to this review about "additional work" indicates they STILL have never taken the time to understand just how much damage they caused. They did not come CLOSE to meeting their "contractual agreement".]

I didn't even write a comment first, just voted according to my experience. But instead of contacting me, this company just denied the business we had as you can see. I hope their comment gives you an idea about customer service. I highly doubt about 5 stars except a few happy customers.

Great moving machinery company, would highly recommend them. They provide great service and are extremely insightful and polite. They moved my plant without any problem. Will definitely be using them in the future!
