  My husband and I had an amazing experience here. We’re in the process of moving and had called a few other storage companies in the area and were unhappy with the service or prices offered. The prices here are really reasonable. Everything was very clean here. Ben, who was working the day we got our storage rental unit was so kind and helpful! I would definitely recommend this place if you find yourself in a situation where you need some extra storage!

  Good experience renting a unit, but they are quite expensive and have lots of add-on costs. Unit I got is $170, but after tax and required insurance, it is actually $193/month, which is pretty steep. I asked about price-matching nearby facilities with the same features and it went back and forth for several months (with a lot of calling in my part) before they said no. They also do not pro-rate the last month, which feels greedy to me. Very disappointed in the price, otherwise it would have been a good rental experience.

Regarding the disappointment expressed about our pricing, we are sorry we could not price match. Demand for our units has been through the roof and we are doing our best to keep units available for the community. However, this isn’t your problem.   Been and Mercell we're so friendly and nice! The storage units are super nice and prices are so amazing as well! The customer service is simply phenomenal!!! I will be recommending these guys to everybody I know that had storage needs!!!
