  "Update: Adding one star because minutes after this review was posted, the owner (Craig Tierney, fantastic guy) called to make things right. I was honestly blown away by his sincerity. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I did a lot of research before choosing Pryme, and obviously they have provided many people with fantastic service. Unfortunately I'm not one of those lucky people. I wish I could separate my review into different categories, because the service wasn't all bad, but I definitely wouldn't recommend Pryme to anyone. The pros: The crew that did the move was fantastic at not damaging any of our things. We moved into a 4 story home, and those poor guys had to carry heavy furniture up the stairs over and over. Nothing was even dinged - fantastic! The cons: Probably the biggest issue I have with Pryme is their lack of communication. Of the four times I called this company, only once was my call answered. The second time my call was returned a week later. On the actual day of the move, I honestly had no idea if they were coming or not. After the moving crew showed up, I was told that the details of the job had not been communicated to them either - they were told we were only moving half of our things (I don't know where this idea came from). Out of the 3 guys assigned to this job, only 1 was seasoned. Things took longer than expected. And the fact that only 3 guys were on the job - that was another problem. Had Pryme asked me any more questions about the move other than the square footage of my home, they may have realized that we needed more help. I have moved a dozen times in this state, and each time has taken 4 - 5 hours. This job took about 8 hours, which ended up costing us almost double what we were expecting. The only reason I'm giving three stars is because the guys that did the move busted their butts on all of our stairs. I'd give one star to the company itself."
