Had a great experience using this location of Public Storage. I have been using storage for office purposes in different locations but renting storage space here in this location was very convenient and easy. Staff member ( Darci and Sheena) are very welcoming. I moved my residence to Fredericksburg and accessing the storage space in this location was a lot easier.

My storage unit was relatively clean, a good size and easy to access. The manager, Darci, was really helpful in assisting me with my need for storage. When I spoke to her on the phone prior to my move-out, Darci simply explained the move-out/rental cancellation process. And although I had forgotten to meet with her before COB on the day I moved out so she could process my move-out, she contacted me the day following my move-out to notify me that she had went ahead and closed my account prior to my credit card being charged for another month of rent; and to confirm that I had received a move-out receipt.
