We used this facility to store our goods while having our house built. We had our household goods stored there for 4 months and found that they had an infestation of rats. We notified the management of the problem and they did not seem to care that our items were covered in rat feces. Needless to say, this has made moving our goods out of the unit a health issue. We were told to take the issue up with our insurance company, as the storage facility does not offer any compensation or consideration for this problem. We reached out to the regional manager and they gave the same response. They have not reached out to us since.

I have had multiple customer service moments at this location with many of the service reps. Today I had Stella and was very happy with my service and her friendly demeanor. I had Cindy help me when I moved into the space. Amazing women super friendly and professional. Helped me with every step never had a question thanks to there help. Highly recommend this location.
