  Rude people every time I need anything from the office. Today no-one would answer the door to get a key for the flat carts they let you use. Only reason I give 2 stars is the place where my unit is very clean and having air conditioning is awesome! Just the staff seem to hate helping anyone.

  Ray is extremely rude. I went inside the office and found him sitting at his computer. This was directly underneath the sign "customer service" which displayed two hands shaking. I asked for rental rates on small units. I am traveling with a carload of things and a dog. I was interested in renting space but I'm not sure how he actually perceived me. I am a person with a lot of stuff and the proper funds to store it somewhere. He told me that they can be found online. I asked several times in different ways for his assistantance. I'm sorry but if I am physically present in your office and requesting information verbally when you have access to that right at your fingertips....and you tell me to go look it up and give me every excuse as to why I should ....then he told me he say me outside and that I came in there with an attitude because he was watching me. No sir, I saw you watching me. I'm ecclectic and hang out in my parking spots like an oddball, EVERYONE watches me, that's no big deal and no sweat of my back. My presence is not doing anything wrong. I'm allowed to be on this planet with my fellow humans and to be treated with respect as such. That is no reason to treat me unkindly or with lack of respect. I have challenges with technology and information processing. Ray, you are the one who is rude sir. I came in seeking information from a customer service desk and you treated me like I walked in from the gutter. Not cool dude. Not cool

  No matter what size unit you need they have! From lockers to big units there’s something for everyone. Affordable prices and amazing customer service! Ray was a pleasure to work with! Great experience!
