Rachel was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient because I had to postpone rental five times due to scheduling issues on my part. She would even proactively courteous call to check on me and the reservation. Also, she was able through her contacts put me in touch with movers and individuals to purchase unnecessary items before moving items to storage. She is a great asset to Public Storage! Give Her A Raise! Thanks!

Like most storage facilities, the rental fees rise over time. The corporate office did nothing to help so I was considering leaving for another facility. But Rachel helped me save a bit so I decided to stay. It’s nice to know that local management values me as a customer. I’m very satisfied.
