I'd highly recommend Puma Moving. I'm the ops manager here at CCA and I've used them 2 times and have them scheduled for a 3 project. They've also worked with another department. I chose them because of their proximity to our SF campus. We completed a furniture move back in July. The driver and 2 movers were very eager and helpful to work efficiently, and handled items appropriately. They were proactive in asking questions to help complete the tasks correctly the first time. When I scheduled them again a few weeks back, 2 of the 3 guys were from the original move. With upwards of 4 locations to move items in and out of, effective communication is a priority for me. Managing scheduling and payment with Zena the office manager has been just as pleasant.

I used Puma when I moved from the city to San Rafael. I couldn't be there on the moving date so my mom was there instead of me. The Puma crew was very efficient and helped her with everything that was left to pack. Then in the new house, they rebuilt the beds and helped her organize things. There were nice and professional and all the experiance was great. A few of my friends used them before and were really happy so I was glad to have the same experience they did.

Had an absolutely amazing experience with Puma this past weekend moving me into my new apartment. They were fast, efficient, and safe. They walked me through the charges so I understood them, went the extra mile with helping me pack up and move last minute items, and finished way ahead of schedule! They were friendly, professional, and careful with my boxes and furniture. I chose Puma because they had an insurance policy in place as required by my building and they were recommended by the new building. I couldn't believe how many good reviews they got, but they are all true! Would definitely recommend and I'll definitely be using Puma again. Thanks Guys!
