As a member of the Norman Fire Department we find training opportunities for vehicle crash emergency very difficult to come by. Quality Towing has open their doors to us twice in the past month and multiple times in the past. Big thanks to Jim and all other Quality employees how assisted in helping us be better suited to respond to emergencies here in Norman.

The young man from Quality Towing delivered our camper from Oklahoma City to our country property located between Conroe and Cleveland Texas in record time. It's not an easy area to drive a large truck pulling a 30 foot travel trailer. He's an expert driver and placed it exactly where I wanted it. They also had the best price of any tow company in the Oklahoma City area. Office employees were fantastic. The owner is lucky to have such great employees. He must be a good boss.

Total thieves. My sister's truck got impounded. We were told to get a notarized letter in order to remove my nieces property from the vehicle. We obtained the letter but when we attempted to get the belongings we were informed that WE would have to pay the tow bill. Pay the tow bill for a vehicle we did not own, weren't responsible for nor had any use for. We wanted our property out of it. That was all. They are holding our items for ransom of $250. That's straight thievery.
