  Highly recommend you understand how portable is built if you want to finish it for a workplace. Also understand that this company does not return calls even if you leave a voice message. Our building's electrical wiring blew the circuit. Hired an electrician and he explained wiring was not proper or this would not happen. Deliver/setup guys were great. Ensure you know EXACTLY what you will receive before you pay.

  I purchased a lofted shed and a carport from R&S .Sandy helped me with the local permitting, and honored her pricing as quoted. The carport was delivered and set up without any problems on time.I was impressed on the quality of workmanship with the company that assembled my carport. The lofted shed was delivered and set up. I highly recommend this company. Sandy was very pleasant to work with and is very knowledgeable. If you have the need for a building, you definately should purchase from Sandy @ R&S Structures.

  I purchased a shed from R&S in September. Sandy helped me with the local permitting, gave me valuable advice about how to paint my structure, and honored her pricing. The building was delivered and set up without any problems on time. I highly recommend this company.
