  Summary: 10/10 experience. Professionals with great communication, service, pricing and customer service. Would highly recommend the company. Detailed review: I ordered a custom shed through Ravenna Structures. Majority of my communication was with Paul Anthony via e-mail however I also spoke to both Paul and Larry (unsure of last name) on the phone. They were both extremely professional, polite, patient, knowledgeable, accommodating, and considerate. All communication and replies were prompt and concise. During the ordering process they did not attempt to pressure sell, upsell, or suggest anything that wasn't necessary. The building was finished prior to the quoted lead time (I was told 5 weeks; the building was delivered in 4 weeks). The delivery was flawless. I feel my situation was likely more complicated than "the typical" as it needed to be crane hoisted over an 8ft privacy fence. Paul was on site a few minutes early (not excessively early), he explained the process very clearly, and got to work right away. He took great care not to damage the grounds or existing structures and was very mindful to not impede traffic any more than absolutely necessary. He was also extremely patient in placing the shed exactly where I wanted it. I incurred no hidden fees, and the price I was quoted was exactly what I was expected to pay. I honestly couldn't have asked for better communication, service, pricing, or customer service. Top tier company with excellent care given to their customers. They take pride in their work, and it definitely shows. Side mentions: I purchased a ramp from them, it is built solid with proper treated/ground contact materials and fits the shed perfectly. Paul even made sure to touch up all areas of paint from the boards added to protect the structure from the straps for the crane. Paul also took great care in leveling the structure and measuring/meeting the offsets from existing structures as I wanted enough room to perform maintenance, if necessary, in the future.

  We stopped in one day to inquire on a shed. We were given pricing, dimensions, and answered all our questions without any high pressure sales. Stopped back in a month later with exactly what we wanted. They didn't have it on the lot but offered to build what we wanted for the same price. We put down a small deposit and was given a time frame of one month for delivery. Exactly one month to the day our shed was built, delivered, and set up. The installation was quick and effortless on our part, supplying what was needed for ground prep and leveling. We would highly recommend and will definitely be a repeat customers.

  I have bought two sheds from Ravenna Structures. Both times the entire process has been great. First purchase was in person, they helped me design a custom shed. Delivery was smooth. 2nd shed was purchased via phone & email. Built quick and excellent delivery yet again. High quality sheds at good prices.
