  Terrible experience. The people were friendly. That’s the best i can say. Most of our furniture was damaged or missing pieces - solid wood furniture was cracked and gashed, a desk was just plain missing a crossbeam that had broken off and been left/discarded. Boxes were missing. The tv was cracked. Totes were crushed. An antique mirror was lost. A shocking number of our items were repacked haphazardly and were dirty. Broken things were repacked across multiple boxes - It was bizarre. I filed an insurance claim with them, per their directions. I have been following up regularly. They no longer reply. Apparently there is no insurance, and it was just a scam. Trying to replace half our belongings as a low income family with a disabled child right after a $5000 move to a new state has been extremely challenging. Do not trust this company.

  At Ready Set Go Moving & Van Lines, we strive for perfection but are not perfect. The human touch is what makes your move a personal and smooth experience, but it also means we are capable of error. We try to take every necessary measure to protect your belongings and handle them with care. The truth of the matter however, is that belongings are sometimes subject to loss or damage as well as other unforeseen circumstances during the handling or transportation process. While during other times, delays can occur for various reasons that may put us behind schedule. Despite our best efforts to minimize the occurrence of such instances, this is the nature and reality of our industry and we will inevitably encounter mistakes from time to time. We are sorry to see that you had some issues with your recent move with our company. We pride ourselves on doing our best for every customer, but there are times when things do not go as planned, and we regret that this was one of those.   I contact Ready set Go they gave me a great deal! They came all the way to Utah to help us move. They moved everything in a timely manner, labeled everything to my liking and they were very detailed. They communicated everting with me, my previous house was enormous and they were able to get the job done with the ETA that they provided. I was a bit hesitant on contracting this company but once they got the job done I don’t regret it! Thank you for your amazing job.

  We’ve moved many times and can honestly say this is the worst company we’ve dealt with. They kept our things for 30 days. We were told it’d only be about 2 wks. When moving they refused to pack anything that was liquid or close to it. When we received our things there was a box of clothes with shampoo all over them as they packed up a shampoo bottle with clothes. Also, we noticed things were missing. Quite a few things. We filed a claim in our items. They told us it’d take about 30 days to process. It’s now been 2 months and they won’t return calls or emails. Won’t even answer any calls. Stay away from this company. It’s a horribly run business that obviously doesn’t care. Read the other reviews and you see the pattern. I wish I never used this company but Gold Standard Moving picked them.
