  Moving day went off without a hitch. They moved our three bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and garage from Carthage to a Longview address. From beginning to end, load up, travel, unload and pull out was three hours. Three workers. They were very efficient, expedient. I would recommend this company and use them again.

  Do not waste your money on this moving company. First, they were a hour late just to start off. Then they did not put my king size bed together correctly at the place I moved to, so one side the mattress is on the ground. They left 2 glass shelves to the entertainment center at the place I was moving from. They did not put my marble wine rack back together and did not leave the hardware so I could put it together and did not place it where I asked them to put it.The wine rack weighs 200 pounds, so there is no way I can move it. The teenagers that were sent were more worried about eating than doing the job that I paid for. The owner said he would send them back to fix the issues the following day. That never happened. I contacted the owner 3 to 4 more times, and he did nothing to correct any of it, just continued to lie, saying he would take care of, but never did. If I could give this company a MINUS 5 stars, that would be my rating.

  Do not believe the Google reviews. Go look at Yelp! I would not recommend Red Carpet Moving. The movers were not careful with our belongings and home, constantly banging into walls and doorways throughout the entire move. They charge on an hourly basis but took their time on the move. Although we live in a typical 3 bedroom, 2 bath house, they were still unable to fit all of our belongings in their truck. We had to move the remainder of our belongings ourselves. One mover fell through our attic and left a large hole in our garage ceiling. I realize accidents can happen, but Red Carpet Moving has done nothing to fix the hole. I have called at least 10 times over the last 3 and a half months but nothing has been resolved. They have said multiple times they would call me back the next day/next week to resolve the issue but have not kept to their word and here we are almost 4 months later with no resolve.
