  There are no garbage cans or even a dumpster to throw anything away. If I'm having to pay $67 a month for a small closet worth of space, then a dumpster shouldn't be so much to ask for. Also, there is never a real person in the one person sized 'office' room at the front, so why can't this place be 24/7 if there's no one ever working on site? Seems ridiculous to me, and of course, no restroom on site either. What a surprise...

  The place is decent for the first month's bill, but way too much once the real monthly rate kicks in, $60 a month for 1/2 of a small walk in closet? Way too much money for the space.

  Used red dot storage for over 2 years but am moving my things and not advising anyone to store with them in future. My complaints with the company are thus, 24hr storage 7days a week with a full property fence, company policy changed recently resulting in an overpriced unit I can only access during daylight hours, 7am to 7pm is not what I pay for, and having differing hours on a Sunday is just insult to injury. All instances of business concerning red dot storage are automated or over the phone (besides maintenance) from payment to getting your gate code. Location is great, condition of units is reasonable but there is no excuse for reduced value and experience. I am not paying for a daylight only storage. This is a company I will not be using in the future.

  Hi Roy. We made the changes to the property hours at this specific location due to crime in the area and wanting to ensure that our customer belongings stay safe and secure. While we understand that shutting down access overnight is an inconvenience to some customers, the decision was made to ensure that we keep a secure facility for all.
