  Got an outside parking spot here and before I parked vehicles there I asked them. If they had issues with people stealing I was told no and that there was no insurance for vehicles had vehicles parked for 10 days to come back tonight to find all catalytic converters were stolen off my truck and the car do not rent from these guys at all

  Many years ago when this was Heath Storage, it was very well maintained with excellent customer service. Since it was bought by Red Dot Storage however, the facility has fallen into disrepair. There is trash everywhere. The gate only closes half the time and is left open for many weeks in a row. There are now homeless people living on the property. Numerous break-in's every week. Cars stored on the property have been stripped and completely destroyed. Most now serve as makeshift dumpsters. Customer service has been terrible. When I was broken into, my only notification was "You are in violation of your contract, we require all units to have a customer lock." Like it was somehow my fault. They locked me out and threatened to evict me if I didn't take care of it. Thankfully there are now better options in the area and I will be moving my stuff ASAP.

  Don't ever trust these people with your things. There are cars in there with rims stolen. My mother's lock was cut after 3 days overdue when my wife died. They put on a combination lock with something you can just bend back with pliers. Someone broke in and stole tons of stuff from my mom's space using that method. I wish i could put negative 1000 stars. DON'T EVER USE THESE SKETCHY PEOPLE.
