GREAT company! Customer service was amazing and they are local. We had an issue where the dolly was stuck and would not release from the lock on the truck. They sent someone out on a Sunday with a dolly for us ASAP. Prices are great and trucks are very clean!

This company and all of its employees on every level have been more than outstanding , I endured many obstacles and life occurrence with covid and repeated health issues after , and they treated me with more compassion than i've seen from a company in a long long time. I have needed a lot of flexibility and understanding and they have gone way above and beyond with their customer service in all aspects . The units are nice units , the system they have for the trucks to load and move your storage container yourself for free is very courteous and convenient , they make the process smooth and easy and the pricing is beyond fair also. Every rep I dealt with was friendly and eager to help , when i encountered issue after issue personally they worked with me every step of the way and thanks to their compassion during my extreme time of need , i was able to store my stuff safely and save my belongings which are very sentimental to me !!! I would greatly recommend them to everyone, they far exceeded any company i've worked with in the past and they went above what i even asked of them , on their own , simply to be good humans !
