Will never use this company again nor do we recommend them. Requested 3 person team, only 2 showed up. I get it, help is hard to find these days. The two that did show up were very young, not sure how professional they were. While they worked hard, they weren't very careful. Our dresser mirror/drawer top wasn't unscrewed and therefore fell back and broke the connection off when lifted. Also our bed frame (which has made it thru several X country moves) is now marred and scratched where they strapped it. We were told it would be a 5 hr job that turned into 10 hr (pretty typical). Our biggest gripe is that the truck could not fit all of our belongings in it. We had to ask a neighbor with a truck to help us move the rest.

I'm sorry to hear you had issues with you move. Please understand that we sent out the largest bobtail truck available anywhere. Also, we have had several Covid issues this last year. We also quote any hourly rate and it's based on actual time. The two men that moved you were young but had been moving people for 3+ years. I would love to hear from you. Again I apologize . If I could give 10 starts I would, from the first phone call with James I was so impressed. They answer the phones 7 days a week and even at night I was able to speak to Debbie to make small changes the night before. What a great local Redlands company to support, my realtor from Bershire Hathaway said they are always refering customers and I can see why.
