Hard worker, showed up on time, but…. The owner showed up by himself. He Apparently had unreliable help hired that he couldn’t locate the morning of our move and could not find another person to help. With only one person moving it took longer to move us than was quoted and we were charged more. Heavy cumbersome items - couch, recliners, beds, dressers, refrigerator-that clearly needed two people to move them were only moved by one person and therefore we had damage to some of our furniture. All the boxes were clearly marked and I asked several times (on the phone and again the day of the move) to have all the boxes left in the garage as I would bring them in and unpack as needed. The kitchen was shoved full of boxes and very overwhelming. The furniture was to be placed in its final resting place, it was just placed haphazardly. I was not able to be there the entire move, but the directions he had were clearly not followed. The mover couldn’t get out of our home soon enough . It was a long day for all. .l

Josh had an oversized, freight shipping box from the driveway, to the basement, in no time. He even initiated the unpacking process. Nice guy, called right back, offered to be available right away, and was reasonably priced. Very much appreciated in a pinch, and I wouldn't hesitate to call again.

I called on a Sunday morning. They returned my call within 1 hour and were available THAT DAY to help with an over-sized item I needed moved from my garage to my basement. They arrived quickly and both men were very professional and friendly. They used appropriate equipment and had it moved within a few minutes. Very satisfied customer --highly recommended!
