  I am an elementary music teacher. The school where I teach purchased a Kawai piano lab from Rice Music House equipped with 16 digital pianos and 32 headphone sets. Within a couple months of use, five sets of headphones had cracked. I contacted Robert Schaeffer and he said that Kawai would send 32 headphones as a one-time replacement. That was back in September 2019 and I have still not received anything! I, as well as our buyer, have emailed Robert Schaeffer numerous times, yet he has still not responded to our emails or sent the replacement headphones. I had heard such good things about Rice from my aunt who is a musician in Columbia. However, I have been highly disappointed with Rice Music House from this experience and would not recommend them to anyone. Poor customer service!!!! Not standing behind their product!!!

  The headphones arrived just Prior to the 2020 SCMEA. I left a message and email thaT they could be picked up at the event. I left a message with the district office and a email to you that they were in the store after the event. Shortly after that the COVID19 forced both your school and our store to close. I have them in our stockroom ready for pIckup. It took a lot of effort on our part to get this additional set of headphones that were out of warranty to be replaced at no cost to you.

  Not just a music lover's dream of OWNERSHIP <3. of an amazing work of art. An INVESTMENT <3 of a LIFETIME <3 . Mr. Robert is more than a passionate music inspiration, but a Great Man of Faith. GOD allow confermation of an issue I have been heavy hearted spiritually, physically and emotionally for weeks. Our interaction today was not a COINCIDENCE!! It was God's Divine Destiny & Purposefully Order\♡/!!!! 2GODbTheGlory, But4GOD, GODisREAL!!!!! THANK YOU!! MR. ROBERT!!   Robert was wonderful to us while we were there. He was able to give us so much information about the piano we came to see/play as well as other information about the kind of pianos we are looking for. Highly recommend Rice Music House.
