Rice Moving & Transport Company provided an. outstanding service this week. The first positive experience began with our communication with Chelsea . Chelsea, understood our slightly complicated situation, and provided us with the little extra help, understanding and compassion which we truly needed. She reassured us we were in good hands,. More importantly, she kept us informed every step of the way. Rice’s commitment to excellence continued as JP and Lee arrived on time as scheduled with a courtesy call prior to their arrival. These 2 guys were not only punctual, but they went well beyond what was expected. They were driven to get the job done in record time, yet being extremely cautious in the way they handled each and every item of ours ( as though the item belonged to them). The most important point is everything was boxed and wrapped from a previous move. Therefore, careful time was taken to evaluate each box and wrapped appliance prior to moving it, and carefully placing the item into it’s labeled designation at the house. The surprising part is they miraculously managed to fit a 2300 square foot house into a 1350 square foot space. How they managed that is beyond me! We highly recommend the work of this company, as stated, especially the work of Chelsea, JP, and Lee. Thank you guys so much for your time and “ elbow grease”. Yesterday. Rice's did a fantastic job moving us from Parkland to Plantation. Their crew -- JP, Joe, Lee, and Tino -- was superb! The guys were fast, careful, friendly, and incredibly hardworking! Also have to give a shout out to Gretchen and Chelsea back at the office, who patiently answered all our questions and kept us informed every step of the way. Cannot say enough good things about Rice's, and plan to use them again for our next move!
