  Steven was an absolute gem to us this evening. He scooped us up from the side of the highway and saved our existence this evening. I've never had a business treat me like family the way they did tonight. He even managed to fit our trailer along with our truck on his rig which was unexpected. Riddle's towing is truly a top notch organization. Steven has a piece of my heart from now until eternity for his feats of heroism. He was so humble about all of his efforts which was endearing. A true gentleman just trying to take care of his people and ensured we made it safely to where we needed to be. Thank you for the exquisite experience and for making this trip so memorable. You went above and beyond for us and we are forever grateful for your efforts!

  After a very trying experience with another roadside assistance service and several ETA updates that resulted in no shows, I contacted AAA to tow my car to an auto shop. They dispatched Riddle’s to handle my request. From my initial contact with Riddle’s and reliable updates to the technician who arrived to look at my issue and tow to my vehicle to a shop, I felt like a valued customer. They were professional and compassionate. Matthew, the technician, was the best. He was pleasant, took great care with my vehicle and gave me alternative suggestions to save money on my tow/repair by recommending a AAA approved shop that was much closer to me than the original drop off location I had requested (and the shop has a great reputation in the area). I hope to not ever need this service again but if I do I will not hesitate to go with Riddle’s.

  Tyler was a rockstar helping to move the truck and get it onto the towing platform. He was very polite and knowledgeable and informative. He also was very prompt and professional. I felt very confident in him taking my truck. Last week someone came to check the battery and he also was very wonderful and competent and caring even though it was in the cold of the evening. Unfortunately we couldn’t find the source of the problem then but I still appreciated all your wonderful service and your wonderful service attendance it is truly worth it for me to have my membership I am so glad
