  I used these people because I rented a POD and there were recommended movers for packing a POD. I had two movers, one definitely seemed like a pro and the other not so much. The pictures below are how some of my items were wrapped. I had some broken furniture pieces, nothing significant but that’s not the point. I’m now using a real professional moving company and they just shook their heads on how my POD was loaded. My main reason for the review though is that the unprofessional guy threw my couch cushions on the ground outside more than once. And after packing my stuff I wrapped things way better and faster even then him. Of course they charge by the hour and it took forever for my stuff to get finished. Which it wasn’t so I had to hire a different moving company.

  Hello Robin, we would like to start off by apologizing if we did not meet your expectations in the loading of your POD. We have taken a look at the pictures of your job we have in file and from what we can see the packing and stacking looks fine so we don't see how any damages could have been done by our movers. You should also be aware that sometimes things inside PODs can get damaged while they go through transit since we don't know how the team in charge handles the POD. Sometimes the people from PODs can be unaware of how much a "small shake" inside the POD can do and how much stress can be put into the belongings inside which can then result in breaking some things inside. We would also like to mention that you didn't provide the movers with any blankets to add extra protection to your belongings. The movers were only able to use the "Free Plastic Wrap" that we provided for you with which doesn't guarantee 100% that your belongings won't get scratched or damaged because plastic wrap is easy to rip.

  We recently moved cross country and packed all out stuff up in a pod. When we started to look for movers to help unpack the pod, we didn’t know where to start. SO happy we found Rigos! They were on time, efficient and handled our stuff with care. They made everything so easy and I would 100% use them again for another move.
