  First of I want to say thank you. Y’all came out on a Saturday to help move us from Fort Knox. We had good laughs very helpful asked tons of questions and treated our stuff and our home with care. I’d highly recommend them! Seriously no better moving company!!!! Thank you for working with this military family we are super greatful!

  On July 31, 2018, I sub-contracted through the incumbent company, River City Movers, to help my family and I during a military move. The company subsequently, provided two individuals for the move and I was instructed they were to be paid in cash. The movers arrived promptly and packed everything in an orderly fashion. However, during the latter part of the move, The "professionals" hastily packed a table into the moving truck, which is a family air loom, standing right- side up, with multiple boxes on top of it. After arriving to my next duty station, the damage was discovered and assessed to be approximately 250.00 i repairs! When I attempted to contact the company and sub-contractor about the repairs . The response was an overwhelming 'there is nothing we can do about. Or you could have paid us thousands of dollars for your move or just repair the table". Perspective reader, I implore you, don't patronize this company!

  They packed random stuff in boxes, did not wrap any of our belongings and tossed smaller boxes into larger boxes. They cut open our smaller boxes and didn’t reseal them before they tossed them into the larger boxes. If I hadn’t have wrapped my important fragile items as carefully as I did, everything we own would have been broken. I do not recommend them as they don’t care about anything they do when they move your items. The two workers also gave us attitude and would cut us off when we spoke to them. This company is horrible to work with.
