  Robert is very professional and gave great advice when I was deciding what pianos to rent. He definitely knows a lot about pianos. I am an experienced pianist, and being a customer at this store has been a pleasure. It's definitely a very trustworthy store that I would recommend anyone who's looking for a piano!!

  Robert was very dishonest with me. Charged $50 more than we agreed on and the total charge was $400 for moving a Cline 6'1 piano. It was about 10 miles distance. He didn't even bother to finish his job connecting the pedals back to the piano after moving. He was not professional. I would not recommend him to others.

  When people call about a piano move, you try to ask as many questions as you can think of about the conditions of the move, but yet still sometimes a customer doesn't tell you everything. Helen got a very fair price for the piano move considering the conditions. As for the pedals, they are connected, but her piano has a player system attached which has a problem with it which is causing the issue with the pedal. The player mechanism is also another thing that she did not tell me about.

  I bought a player piano here and love it. The owner really knows what he is talking about and was super helpful as I tried to figure out what I wanted and picked one out. I ended up getting exactly what I was looking for. And he even delivered it. I have been back since to pick out more piano rolls and have even had him back out to my house to move the piano when I was getting new carpet. Also while there were less expensive options on Craig'slist I realized that they would likely have ended up being more expensive as I would have had to tune, likely restore and move the other pianos.
