Been driving here since August.... Looks like I've found the place I will retire from.... Miles are good.. dispatch (most of them) is helpful... I never have any problem getting ahold of breakdown or 24/7 and MY dispatcher answers every time... Also . My paychecks are always correct and the management is always available... OH!! AND .. they always get me home when I want to go home. Thanks y'all

I have been with RTI for a little over a year now. My experience has been very good. My DM (dispatcher) is amazing. I usually know what I'm doing for at least 3 days out. They are excellent at communicating without micromanaging. While getting ahold of 24/7 and breakdown can be difficult at times I understand that the company is growing and they have their hands full at times with other drivers. Breakdown is always very professional and make you feel like you are a person not a number. If I had any complaints it would be that the company is growing fast. Which can lead to longer wait times at certain times of the day on the phone. They always have freight and keep me moving. They are also really good about hometime as long as you communicate the time with them about 2 weeks ahead. They are also caring about family matters and emergencies and will make an effort to get you home as quickly as possible if the need arises.

I have been driving 34 years and have even owned 5 trucks at one time. Now in a company driver at RTI and I must say there the best company I have ever been with. The only thing bad I can say is there is a couple of people in management that treat drivers like drivers don't know what there talking about and they have alot less experience than the drivers. But outside of that RTI is a perfect company
