  After a national moving company fell through last-minute, I reached out to RJ's and I was able to schedule them to assist me with moving everything into a storage unit that same week. There were two very efficient, professional, and cautious movers along with a packing assistant who arrived to assist me with the move. Given my situation, the packer was extremely helpful. She carefully packaged various items and expedited the entire process and highly recommend her if you're on the fence about hiring someone to assist with packing up boxes, etc. They were also able to help me drop off furniture to a nonprofit that I would not have been able to do on my own as well as maneuver my treadmill out of the home without damaging it. RJ's was able to get all of my belongings safely to the storage unit and I didn't have to worry about renting/returning a truck, etc. Beyond grateful for RJ's responsiveness, professionalism, and hard work!

  Scheduled to have a treadmill moved from my house into the back of my car. Scheduled Friday, was advised based on weight $300-$350, ( I later that day sent specs and found it was less than 300# , so he stated $300) They took a $150 deposit and scheduled me for the following Tuesday morning. On Sunday before the Tuesday move, I reached out and had to cancel service. He said fine and referred me to his web page for cancellation policy. When I looked, it noted that a 25% deposit was expected at time of scheduling a service, the remaining 75% due at time of service. If you cancel the 25% deposit is no refundable. I was okay with that, but instead of giving him a 25% deposit, he took a 50% deposit. When I requested the additional 25% be refunded, he never replied. I have called and text. I am perfectly happy to forfeit the 25% , he is a small business and it is very difficult to manage with cancellations-this would be $75. But, I am not okay with him taking a full 50%and am just requesting the additional $75 be refunded.

  I travel the country installing flight simulators. I hire a lot of companies to help me. RJ's Moving is easily one of the best companies I've hired. They were professional, efficient, worked hard, and worked fast. I can't imagine their moving services will be anything less than what I saw. Thanks to RJ, Dan, and Dakota for helping me!
