We were supposed to move on September 29th but the company didn't show. After several phone calls initiated by me I talked to the owner and he promised a discount for the inconvenience. On September 30th a 3 man crew arrived one of which included the manager Matthew. All was well when Matthew was there but he left after after a few hours and that is when the extra long breaks began. Later two other crew arrived but the extra long breaks didn't stop. The main issue was that they left the ice maker line not completely shut off after moving the refrigerator. This caused a major leak of water into the garage below and expense to have a plumber find the problem by removing several sections of dry wall. I called Matthew (the Manager) and asked him to make it right by covering this expense and I have been ignored by him and the owner. I then sent a certified letter which they never collected. It seems they are used to avoiding responsibility for their negligence. I would not use this company if you value your things or your time. Disappointed, Tim Kilkenny

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Even if their insurance covers the damages, who wants to deal with the headache of it all?! They scratched or damaged multiple pieces of furniture, put holes in freshly painted walls, scratched door frames and didn’t finish assemble of some pieces. It’s sad when people work hard to have nice things and within a few hours movers who don’t care can have your belongings ruined.
