  Our experience with Roan's was excellent. We had an apartment containing furniture and contents that needed to be packed. The crew that came out was professional and courteous. The contents were being delivered to two locations: one in state and one out of state. We wouldn't hesitate hiring Roan's again.

  After having a really bad experience with another local moving company, my partner and I decided to try Roans. Glad we did! They made every step easy. The quote was done over video call and Echo was wonderful and polite to my partner. On moving day, the guys showed up on time and got right to work. WE were quoted for 5 hours and they got the truck packed and then unloaded in 3.5. They all worked well together, were polite and respectful. This was out first big move and they made it SO MUCH easier on us. We did feel a little rushed, but it is peak season for them, and they had other jobs to go to, so it was understandable. I didn't feel judged for the state of our house and the chaos and they really helped ease the nerves I had with moving. Roans was absolutely great. Will be using them again if we can! Thanks to the guys who helped!

  Roan's made it super easy on us from beginning to end. The tour to quote us for the move was done over a video call on my cell, and the lady I spoke to was super friendly and professional. When the day came for the move, the truck showed up exactly on time and the movers got right to work. We were quoted for a 5 hour move and they were done in 3.5. We just let them in and tried to stay out of their way! That being said, they were careful with our belongings and even took the time to secure boxes that that needed it. We did feel a little rushed, but it is peak season for them, and they had other jobs to go to, so it was understandable. I had never used a moving company before, so I was super nervous about how it would all go, but by the time the move was in full swing, I knew I was going to be using these guys for the next leg of my move. I highly recommend Roan's, and will be contacting them again for when I move out of state!

  Thank you for taking your time to write a review. And yes we are very busy I think we turned down as many moves as we are doing in June we have 4-5 crews a day go out and we are full into July !
