  From the initial contact to the final drop off of furniture, our experience with Robb & Messer Moving was excellent. Rich, who came to do the initial walk through, was on time and very thorough. He sent our estimate quickly and was very responsive to any questions we had. Although it wasn’t the cheapest estimate we got, it was certainly the most professional and dealing with everyone in the office was so smooth we felt comfortable going with them. We are so glad we did. On the day of the move the crew showed up on time - a few minutes early even - with the biggest truck I’ve ever seen (!) and quickly got to work. I can’t say enough good things about the driver/supervisor, Luis. He was personable and thorough in letting us know how things were going. The crew of 4 were very efficient and wrapped furniture/delicate items very carefully. The were so professional it was obvious they had worked together before and had a good system. Carlos was great in organizing the load going into the truck. Arrival at our new house was sooner than expected, and while this time it was only Luis and Carlos offloading the truck, they did a great job. Both crews worked hard and we tipped them well. They were totally worth it. Oh, and our final price was actually LOWER than the contracted price, since we had packed a few bigger items ourselves and didn’t use their boxes. This goes to shows the honesty of the company. I highly recommend Robb & Messer Moving.

  Our cross-country move could not have gone more smoothly. By far the easiest and best move we've ever done. Movers were on time (early!). Everything was done efficiently and cleanly. They laid down material to walk on...perfect loading. Unloading on the other end was just as great. Driver was the same at both locations, two helper guys on either end were locals to that specific area. Everyone was so friendly, kind and professional. We would 100% recommend them again. (R&M do local moves, and contract with the big companies for long haul)

  Robb & Messer are absolutely the best movers. I had a restricted window of time to move from CA to the East Coast. Kory came out right away to provide a quote and to answer all my questions. When ever I called I received clear helpful information. For such a large move from a home across the country this a big investment but a good value to have all arrive safe and sound. The entire team is experienced, caring and courteous. The crew that came to pack up and load my items were such hard workers and careful to inventory all my items correctly. I received updates along the way about the ETA of my truck. I was so pleased to have the same driver (David) for the entire trip. He was experienced, professional, and made sure the team set up all the items in my new place. Lots of helpful follow up when I needed it. Even during the stressful moments of a move Robb and Messer will respond in a timely and professional manner and this crew knows their stuff! They also referred me to a fabulous auto transport service that brought my car out in five days time. You will find peace of mind working with such a wonderful team. If you are planning a move across the country I highly recommend Robb & Messer Moving and Storage.
