Needed help moving since I am a single mom so I called them several weeks ago to schedule. I move this Saturday, it is Wednesday and I just got a call saying that he is cancelling. Not an attempt to reschedule, not an attempt to rectify, just a oh well sorry.

We used them to move us and my mother in law 3 times and the crews were great! We did have some damage to a bed and to a marble tabletop but the owner never responded to my email to him after our phone conversation. He did make sure that he reiterated that the damages were by the pound and not replacement cost.

I moved on April 1 2021 from a 3rd floor to a 1st floor apartment in Temple TX. John at Rocket Movers called me immediately after I submitted a move request. He was polite, professional and involved with the move from start to finish. The two gentlemen that arrived to conduct the move were on time, friendly, fast and careful with my items. They went above and beyond in helping me get my move accomplished. with no damage. The only semi-negative was the price.... it seemed a bit high for such a short, easy move. Nonetheless - I would rather pay a little more and have a good quality team, than pay less and have my items disrespected. Good Job Rocket Movers!
