  This company is not to be trusted. The company hires people who cannot clear a background check in order to be allowed onto a military instillation. Their packers are unreliable, rude and unprofessional. From day 1, they tried to hurriedly pack a 4 bedroom house in 3 days, when it should be allowed 4 days. When they didn't complete the packing/loading in 3 days, they came on a Saturday, which isn't usually allowed by the company. The company sent multiple different people who didn't know where the last person left off because the inventory sheets were incomplete. On Saturday evening, they still hadn't completed the packing/loading and deliberately drove off with un-inventoried items. Essentially they committed theft. After the drivers' manager called them, they came back to the house and signed the inventory sheets. On the 2nd day of the move, one of the packers left the moving site without informing anyone. She had not completed her job and she did not return. This company is unprofessional, end of story. Be warned.

  This company hires thieves. They not only arrived late, refused to create an inventory, threatened to fight each other in my living room, packed my belongings by throwing them into boxes but they brazenly stole from me. As they drove away, they waved bottles of alcohol that they had taken. The final straw was when I arrived at my destination and realized they had stolen my wedding dress, my dress uniforms and my baby's clothes. Do not use this organization.

  I provided bolts for my front loading washer. The packers/loaders put 3 of the 4 bolts in the parts box, and the 4th bolt was not secured so it was lost in the move. Therefore, they shipped my washer unsecured. They also did a poor job of labeling boxes.
