  Where to start...the worst experience of our life. They showed up with a medium moving truck and mediumish trailer...we paid for large trailers, even text them pictures ahead of time so they knew what to bring so we could get it all in one swoop. Their quote went up after seeing pictures, but moving trucks stayed the same, why I don't know. We had moved several items to a storage in order to stage our house to sell. They couldn't fit everything in it and said they would return for those few items on their next route. We called for several months...no response... the manager even hung up on me when I called from a different number. Also, my boys had some cute Pottery Barn lockers, they broke one, never told us and then just left it on the porch...it was sitting there a week later when we arrived at our new home. The lockers are different heights now and we can't put them together like we did before. Also, I asked them if I could help label the boxes so I could have them put them in each room...his response...no ma'am I know where every box needs to go, I've got it all in my head. Really? Then why did my pantry food end up in the garage with a trail of 🐜 Ants attracted to the jello. Tons of items damaged and broken, heavy items stacked on top of lighter boxes, several of them so poorly that they had actually fallen. I had just had a baby and couldn't unpack them so they got away with not even paying a settlement. Finally, two boxes never arrived, including flower girl dresses for wedding...but we got a box of someone else's stuff...I just can't even. That's what we get for not itemizing. These people said they were Church goers so my husband and I didn't even think twice and we trusted them. I hope this saves someone else heartache. By the way I did try to resolve this with them before posting. I really dislike drama, but don't want anyone else to get suckered in. Moving is hard as is without additional craziness.

  The worst experience I have ever had moving. I moved from Denton to Paris. I was originally given a quote that was fantastic and they were going to send two trucks and 3 guys so one could drive my car to Paris for me due to a disability that prevents me from being able to drive long distance. It was downhill all the way after that. They kept messing up the moving date. I could work with that due to closing not happening when it was supposed to happen. Just before the move, the price changed. It went up a hundred dollars. At this point I couldn't get someone else because it was time to move. They show up with one truck and two guys. They are rushing me around and one of my cats went hiding and I couldn't find her. They kept rushing me to find the cat and get moving. I was in tears because of exhaustion, the cat hiding and they were ready to leave with most of my stuff left behind. I called the office. I was crying and the lady told me to take a deep breath because she knew I was a nice lady and everything would be alright. I told her they were rushing me to find my cat and that they couldn't get everything on the truck and that they would have room if they had sent what was originally quoted to me. She said "You got a great deal and you only had a few things listed." I told her that the list had changed and must not have been updated on their part. She told me that I was wrong. I left Denton with half of my stuff left behind, in tears and not only a hundred dollars more spent with them, at least a thousand more replacing things I needed that they broke or left behind. DON'T USE THEM!!!

  Awesome experience! Showed up on time...actually early. Worked with a sense of urgency and was careful in placing items in truck. The only thing I wish is that they would have wrapped TVs, which I didnt notice until I looked in my storage. Other than that very satisfied. Will use them when I move again!
