Very disappointed with the crew there. Very rude staff! They doubted the information I gathered from other credible and state sources, simply because they don't want to actually do their job. Will be putting in a formal complaint to the state about how poorly operated this county business is ran. Recommend using ANY other county for services, I feel sincerely sorry for anyone in Roseau County that has to work with them.

Departments need to communicate with one another. Lost my insurance because departments failed to communicate. I walk everywhere I go, and I had to return multiple times to straighten things out causing me to go without insurance and prescription medication.

They are mean and I think with these guys it's who u know to get good benefits I am a single mother and I work and barely get help with anything they say I make to much working a job that don't pay alot the system sucks because they rather pay u to stay home and collect welfare then to help the ones that work a honest job and don't do drugs
