  I would give them 10 out of 10 for being so helpful and cooperative movers. Route 66 Moving proved itself the best moving company in the town by giving me the best customer service. No complaints overall.

  Honestly a horrid experience. I had scheduled a move and was told the movers would arrive between 8am-9am. When the movers didnt arrive i called their main line, dispatcher, and customer service. They answered the phone once only to tell me "they would ask their boss" to see what was going on. 6 hours pass, 7 hours pass, 8 hours pass, no one answers the line until the mover himself eventually calls me to let me know they would arrive at 6pm. Only issue is the storage unit i was moving into locks the gate at 7pm. The movers arrived at 9pm. A full 12 hours late. We finished moving at 3am. I had to jump the fence at the storage facility at 1am to get us in. The movers themselves were lovely but i cannot vouch for the company itself. If you have a time sensitive move like myself and need to rely on a company to keep to a schedule this is not your place. It would have been less stressful to move my bed, dressers, dining room table, and couch by myself strapping everything to the roof of my two door sedan with bungee cords. i wish i was joking

  I was very pleased with the amount of with this service not to mention how quickly they arrived. I found them to be very fast efficient, friendly and professional. These movers were also very careful with my things. I found it very good that they did not rush their job and took their time. I was also happy with the fact that the specifically met my time request and found themselves able to help me extra without it being a problem. The truck they have is very spacious and was able to fit all of my stuff. To me the best part is that they were very personal and cater to all of your needs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone they are very friendly hard-working and great staff. As always they keep you and your belongings in mind going above and beyond.
