  Last April, 2019 I scheduled a move with these people for June 1st., to move from Illinois to North Carolina. I agreed for them to take $356.00 electronically from my account! A few days later, I decided to cancel. I was right within the time limit to cancel! I emailed and even wrote them! I called them, and kept getting the run around.... when they ACTUALLY decided to pick up the phone! And to make matters worse... They sent me all this phony information stating that the service was rendered! I wasn't moving from San Marcos, CA to Fort Lauderdale, FL!!! Needless to say, there was nothing I could do about it, as my bank said that I had authorized them to take the money electronically! I lost out on $356.00 through this company!!! I don't like giving bad reviews, but this is what happened to me!!! !

  Horrible people to work with. Don’t fulfill their job still waiting on furniture has been over 3 weeks now. Now another week has passed and still no furniture. Natalia's answer is "i'm working on it i don't know what you want". I just want my furniture. If they couldn't fulfill the job they shouldn't have excepted it. The simple answer would be get your truck and your men load it up and drive to ******. If i didn't want my name slammed I would be doing whatever I could to satisfy my customers but apparently customer satisfaction is not their concern.

  This company ripped me off! They provided a quote, showed up a day late, then was late 4 more hours. When they arrived they upped their quote by $4,000! Refused to move the listed items for the quoted amount. Refused to refund the $1,078 deposit. And now won't answer my calls or emails!
