I needed to rent a vehicle trailer to pickup a jeep on short notice. I stopped in this location and John was awesome. He didn't have the trailer I needed but took the time to check with other U-Haul places and found one in Milford for me. He even set up the reservation so when I got there, it was ready to go. Thanks!

Recently I had an emergency and needed some space right away, and it was already after 5 pm. Jessica was closing up but she opened the door and welcomed me in--she is so polite and accommodating. She assured me it was fine, and she understood my predicament. I was able to get a 5x10 space for $57 the same day. It was just me, and she even helped me get some boxes in my unit (which she didn't have to do). Absolutely best customer service ever! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I was in this facility a little while back and the lady who took care of me was absolutely amazing. Every question I had she had an answer. She was very polite and professional about everything. The place was very tidy, and the facility was VERY clean. I would recommend anyone and EVERYONE who needs a storage unit to go in and see Jessica. Best place I have ever used. Thank you so much for your professionalism and willingness to help in all ways possible!!! God Bless her!!!
