  Scheduled to load uhaul for one way move. Confirmed the night before. Did not show up: no phone call. Took numerous texts and phone calls and finally received a call hour and half later. Apologized and said they would be right out. Waited another 30 minutes and they never showed or called again. This was a one way move so it affected our schedule for the day. Caused us to pay an extra day for the uhaul trailer and to scramble to get help. We are seniors with health issues and it was 104 degrees before we finally gave up on them and started loading small stuff ourselves.

  This customer called me at 8:30 AM , I got on top of this tried calling the guys that were scheduled no answer, called the Manager in charge, since it was a weekend all my guys were off that were not scheduled for a move, I sent a messenger over to wake him up he called the customer at 9 said he and another Guy would be on there way soon as they got dressed, this was caused due to the Moving help guy texted the Manager at 4:30 AM that he was extremely sick unable to work, he made the mistake not calling instead of texting sleeping Manager or me the general Manager, no excuses for his actions, when my Manager said he and another man we're on there Way this lady told them if they come load up she would not pay them for the Job, they were not going to work for Free so they were not going since she was rude to them, she never called me after 8:30 I would have taken care of this problem my self, it's sad she was not more understanding they were coming to help her.she said she had relatives coming to help also, mistakes happen we all are human are company takes this seriously that's why we have been in business since 1970 servicing 1000s of customers Nationwide .

  3 BdRM move. Two young guys (Andrew from Missouri) attempted to pack our 26’ uhaul and seemed nice and professional at first- except one was covered in dog hair and smelled like a sweat shop - not the essence I want on my belongings. The other (Andrew) was on the phone throughout the 2 hours I initially reserved and when I inspected after 1 hour they had only 1/4 of the truck packed and retorted “we don’t rush”. Their company is named RUSH ! The broke 2 bins by stacking them incorrectly (heavy on top of light - smh) and left the dolly deep in the truck after they scratch my brand new LG refrigerator! The owner (Jerry) came to inspect and told them to get back to work after they quit on us AND him in the middle of a 91° day and left two women alone to finish loading, alone, with no other companies available. Owner apologized but had no other workers (probably because Andrew complained the entire time and wasted an hour and a half on the phone talking so loud the neighbors could hear). They don’t know how to take direction or suggestions and moved slower than mud. Put us behind an entire day and damaged belongings. Very disappointed. The owner said he was still going to pay them for the day! Ridiculous. Waste of time and money on youngsters who lack basic inferencing skills and hygiene. Super unprofessional.

  This Lady would not let them do there Job calling them hillbillies and other stuff, it was 100 outside and hotter in the Truck so yes they were sweeting, the Guy she said had a dog hair ,this guy doesn't have any animals, she keep putting down both guy's, her Wife was super nice and keep apologizeing for her wife's behaver, these guys are married men not boys with families, they have 100s of Great recommended for there fast work , if she had not keep putting them down they would have got the job done, we live on the Mojave desert it gets hot, I went over there she was nice to me and them till I had to leave to take care of another customer, then she started up down grading the guys again, I came Back again and she was not going to just let the guys do the Job, so they both had enough. And Quit, we were booked had no one else to send, I am sorry for this lady's Wife who keep telling me and my guy's she was unhappy about her wifes behaverier, being from Missouri should not be a reason to call him name's, thanks general Manager since 1970 with 1000s of satisfied customers all over US and Canada, shipments all over the globe.

  There is never a reason for anyone to consider these jokers! They were referred by Uhaul on White Lane. I called them from there to book. I booked and was assured ‘done deal’. Time came, they did not show up. I called. I called Uhaul, they called. No answer. No answer. It wasted a half the morning of valuable time. Looked online and found someone else. Never, ever call these people!

  We never got a call or booked this Jeff wood's , we checked all our phone lines for missed calls from this person, the Moving Manager and Assistant Manager and our u Haul phone was checked, all jobs that were scheduled got done and all gave us 5 Star review on our movinghelp site, our company site found no contact information about this Guy, don't know who's number he called but was not us we have 20 guys ready for our customers, , we have been serving our customers since 1970, 1000s of happy both resident and our commercial Account's.
