The worst management I've seen in many years. Took my truck. Is which my company leased from Ryder. To get drive tires checked since they are worn out have high and low places and flat spots. Took it in july 2nd and picked it up on the 4th 2021 and they put one steer in my drives and didnt bother with the rest. They said the tread depth was ok but they weren't worn out. Maybe if they would take a ride and see what we go through everyday. But pencil pushers is always the worst people to do business with. I hope my company goes to Penske next time. Ryder is not a safe place to depend on them to fix your tires. Yes this was Dalton Ga.

They will tell you they cant do the job in the nicest way. While they all stand around doing nothing. 5 tech's 2 trucks in the shop only one looked like it was being worked on. I feel like they just didnt want to work today 😔

The Dalton GA. Ryder is horrible for service or repair. They do not keep necessary items in stock, and are slow to make repairs.
