  Amazing service! They were responsive, on time, and extremely accommodating to my work schedule (came on a Sunday morning since I have to go in 5 days a week and had an event on the Saturday they were in town for the delivery). Also there was a mix up with communication between the business and Ryker and they went out of their way to make the delivery to a 5th floor walk up in NYC. Anyone who does that deserves a badge of honor. Extremely friendly as well. 10/10 recommend.

  5 star service!!! My 72 inch Thomasville dresser was delivered this morning. It had been packed very well so NO damage occurred during shipping. So thankful Michael was able to give me a short window for delivery and text me 30 minutes prior, so I could be at my carpenters home when it arrived. In that way I was able to inspect the piece before he left. Michael was very helpful in this process and I am truly thankful for his professionalism.

  I had big items being delivered, Delivery was on schedule even during inclement weather. Communication was great! I was notified of time of departure and estimated time of arrival and given heads up an hour before arriving. The items were wrapped well and Michael took the upmost of care while transporting them into the home. Thank you for treating the furniture as if it was your own!
